Shipping & Returns

Evolutionflex offers a wide range of products that include free shipping.  For purchases under $100 there is a small shipping fee. As a result of size and logistics, certain brands or products may require an additional shipping quote from the manufacturer, this will be indicated in the product’s description.  After an order is placed, we will reach out to you either by phone or email and inform you of any additional shipping charges. All charges will be indicated and agreed upon prior to order processing.

Shipping & Tracking:

As soon as the order is shipped, we will email the tracking information and your payment will be processed. We've partnered with the best delivery carriers in the country to transport your order quickly and safely. This occurs within 3-7 business days from when your order is placed.

Order Confirmation: 

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and we will immediately notify the appropriate warehouse.  When our notice is received, our warehouse begins preparing your item(s) to ensure safety during transit. 

Item Availability: 

While we almost always have the most up-to-date inventory information, there are occasions in which an item may be unavailable or on back-order.  If the item is unavailable, we'll let you know and give you the option of receiving a refund, void the pre-authorization, and notify you via e-mail.  

If the item is on back-order, we will contact you directly and provide you with an updated shipment date. From there you may either choose to cancel the order, or continue with the updated shipment date - This will make your order a pre-order. Shipping Confirmation: 

We ship from warehouses all across the country, depending on the item(s) ordered and your location. Unless specifically noted, most items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your purchase, though some items may take longer to process (from 5-7 business days). Depending on your order, item(s) will ship either by freight or a regular parcel carrier such as USPS, Fed Ex, UPS or DHL.

Do not discard the original packaging, as this will nullify your refund.  Under no circumstances are products to be returned without their full and original packaging.  

For a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, in unused condition. Return requests will be accepted from a period up to 15 days of your delivery date. Unfortunately, certain items, such as our heavier products, ship direct from our manufacturers and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact us at

Certain brands such as Merrithew have build-to-order products that are not eligible for returns after the completion of sales per their return policy.  Please review the manufacturer's warranty prior to purchase.  


  1. Email your order number and the reason for your return to Please be specific when explaining the circumstances for your return and provide pictures if necessary.

  2. As soon as your request is reviewed, we will send you a return shipping label or RMA number by mail or email. You will then use the return label to ship the item(s) back to us.  Under no circumstances are products returned without an RMA number.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your item and inform you of the status of your refund.


If your return is due to an error on our end, we will gladly pay for return shipping. If the reason for your return is not due to an error on our end, depending on the item being returned, you may be responsible for all of the shipping costs.


Do not discard original packaging until the contents have been carefully inspected.  

While delivering a damaged product is quite rare, we know that anything is possible.  When your package arrives, it is your responsibility to inspect the package thoroughly.  If you notice any visible damage, please accept the package and write "Package Damaged" on the form being signed. This protects you in the event that the damage occurred while in-transit. Generally speaking, packaging may be damaged but the contents within may be intact and fully functional.  In the event that there is damage to the actual item(s) please send photos to and we will help you process a return, insurance claim, and/or exchange.

In order to receive a new product(s) you must first provide pictures of the defective product(s) for review.  Also, you must return the "defective" product to the address provided in order to receive your new product(s).  Once everything is accounted for you should receive your new product within 7-14 business days.  


Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account that you used when placing your order. A refund will automatically initiate after a cancellation or return request is processed. However, if you would like to inquire the status of an existing refund, please contact us at  


We are an authorized dealer of the products and goods that we carry.  All products come with a manufacturer's warranty unless noted in the description otherwise.  Please review the manufacturer's warranty prior to purchase.

Ground Shipping

Products delivered via FEDEX, UPS, USPS, and DHL will be delivered to your door, driveway, depending on the size and weight of the order.  This delivery process is similar to most online purchases.

Delivery Service Options

1) Outside of home delivery without signature

This will be the most common form of delivery where the package will be dropped off in a dry or covered area without requiring a signature.  The customer will be responsible for transport of package beyond this point.

2)  Outside of home delivery with signature

The package will require a signature from the customer to be delivered.  The package will be dropped off on the outside of the customer’s home in a dry area, either on the porch or by the garage.

3)  Curbside delivery/LTL freight shipping

Item(s) will be delivered to the end of your driveway or curbside at the end of your property. The customer is responsible for transporting the product from the end of the curbside or end of driveway to the desired location.  Disposal of product packaging is not included. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive tracking information for items requiring curbside delivery. 

Curbside deliveries require a scheduled delivery appointment and a signature at the time of drop-off.  Once the shipment is delivered to the local freight terminal, the freight company will call to set up a delivery appointment.

In most cases, the customer will have to unload the item from the truck themselves - Prepare for the appointment accordingly.  Lift gate charges are extra.

Storage Fees

When you place an order with Evolutionflex, it is implied that you are ready to receive your order.  In the event that you are unavailable to receive your order or if you need your order to arrive on or after a specific date, please contact us at as soon as possible.  

If your order is delivered and you are unable to receive the order, the freight company reserves the right to return your product to the manufacturer and/or charge additional storage fees.  

Generally, freight companies will not allow your item to be stored at their facility more than 5 business days.  If your order is returned to the manufacturer by the freight company, you will be responsible for initial and return shipping fees and will be subject to a restocking fee for the product.  Products that have been a warehouse for more than 90 days will be considered abandoned cargo. If the shipping company chooses to hold the item and charge the customer storage/holding/additional shipping fees, the customer will agree to pay the fees.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent to the warehouse for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. While we understand that orders might need to be changed occasionally, we are unable to do it free of charge beyond a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy with NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellation of Standard Products Prior to Shipment:

Order has not shipped - On standard products under $1000 the customer will be charged a $25 administration fee per item that is cancelled.

Order has not shipped - On standard products over $1000 the customer will be charged a 5% administration fee of total order value when cancelled.

Orders cannot be cancelled AFTER it has been shipped, instead the order will be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.  Please refer to our Return Policies & Procedures.  Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including cancellation, restocking and other applicable fees.

Cancellation of Custom Made-To-Order Products Prior to Shipment:

For Custom Made-To-Order products in the process of construction:  5% administration fee when cancelled, excluding discounts.  

For Custom Made-To-Order products that has finished construction:  50% of the original order when cancelled, excluding discounts.

If the product is not in stock you will not be charged any fees unless it is a pre-order.

White Glove Delivery Service

White glove service is a complete in-home service that provides an exceptional hands-off approach to product delivery.  The merchandise is delivered to the customer’s home, dropped off in the desired room, assembled/inspected, and packing material removal.  Evolutionflex is looking to partner with a new company to provide this service and unfortunately does not offer this service at this time.
