Each Triumph JT exercise machine comes with the ability to increase resistance by as little as one pound. Most trainees need to increase their resistance at around 2.5 to 5 % as they improve. Unfortunately most equipment only allows for 5-10 lbs. increase which is too much for most clients. Triumph eliminates this problem with the 2, 3, 4 lbs. add on plates for easy, small increases.
Triumph utilizes small equipment foot print, seat adjustable weight stack, small incremental weight adjustments and proper exercise tools that allow for any age, any body, any condition to use the Triumph JT line of equipment.
