As soon as the order is shipped, we will email the tracking information and your payment will be processed. We've partnered with the best delivery carriers in the country to transport your order quickly and safely. This occurs within 3-7 business days from when your order is placed.
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and we will immediately notify the appropriate warehouse. When our notice is received, our warehouse begins preparing your item(s) to ensure safety during transit.
While we almost always have the most up-to-date inventory information, there are occasions in which an item may be on unavailable or on back-order. If the item is unavailable, we'll let you know and give you the option of receiving a refund, void the pre-authorization, and notify you via e-mail.
If the item is on back-order, we will contact you directly and provide you with an updated shipment date. From there you may either choose to cancel the order, or continue with the updated shipment date. Unless specifically noted, most items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your purchase, though some items may take longer to process (from 5-7 business days).
